Return Process

  Log in to your ACwO account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Verification & Approval

  Our technical team will review your request and may ask for a short video or images demonstrating the electronic fault to approve the return.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the device in its original box including all accessories like charging cables, extra ear tips, and the user manual to ensure it is eligible for processing.

• 4.
  Pickup & Inspection

  Our logistics partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and once it passes our quality warehouse inspection, your refund or replacement will be triggered.
